Myofascial
Release
Hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.

Percussion
Therapy
A high speed percussion machine (think hand held jackhammer) that administers up to 40 pulses per second of concentrated pressure, improving blood flow, stretching muscle tissue, and breaking down connective tissue adhesions.
Cupping
Therapy
A deep tissue technique that uses negative pressure to pull tissue into the cupping device, increasing blood flow to area, improve inflammation and pain from fascial adhesions.

Triggerpoint
Therapy
Application of pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body.

Stretching
A method of stretching muscles to maximize their flexibility that is often performed with a partner or trainer and that involves a series of contractions and relaxations with enforced stretching during the relaxation phase.
